Designing brands and digital experiences
with intention and lasting impact.

About me

Honest design
for real people.

I'm Laura — a Brand Identity Designer based in Argentina.

I help businesses turn ideas into clear, consistent visual identities that work across every touchpoint, from logos and typography to print and digital applications.

With a background in branding, print production, and digital design, I enjoy finding the balance between strategy and visual expression — creating identities that feel distinctive, practical, and true to the people behind them.

People I've worked with.

Real projects, real results. Here's what some of them had to say — and where to find their work.

"Laura completely transformed how we show up. She understood our brand before we did — the result was cleaner, bolder, and exactly right. Our inquiries doubled in the first two months."
"Working with Laura was the best investment we made for our relaunch. She's strategic, fast, and deeply detail-oriented. The brand guidelines she delivered were so clear our whole team could follow them immediately."
"She doesn't just make things pretty — she makes them make sense. Laura asked questions no other designer had asked us before, and that made all the difference. Our packaging finally looks as good as our product."
"Laura built our entire web presence from scratch — design and code. The site launched on time, looked better than anything we'd imagined, and our conversion rate went up 35% in the first month. Hire her."
Like what you see? Let's work together.

Whether you have a brief ready or just an idea — reach out and let's figure out the rest together.

VOLKA

A ceramics studio that needed to feel like a museum piece itself.

Volka Studio is a small-batch ceramics workshop based in Copenhagen, specialising in functional objects with a quiet, sculptural quality. The founders approached me with a clear brief: they didn't want to look "handmade and cosy" — they wanted something precise, confident, and shelf-worthy.

The challenge was building a brand that felt premium without being cold, minimal without being empty, and crafted without leaning on the usual artisan tropes.

The idea: precision as a form of care.

Through discovery sessions and competitive analysis, we found that most ceramics brands defaulted to warm earth tones, imperfect textures, and handwritten type — signalling approachability at the cost of prestige. Volka's work was different: exact, considered, almost architectural.

The brand strategy centred on the idea that precision is its own form of warmth — that when you make something exactly right, you're showing respect for the person who'll hold it. This informed every visual decision.

MOODBOARD
REFERENCES

Logo & mark.

The wordmark uses a custom-spaced version of a geometric serif, with the letterforms optically corrected to feel balanced at all sizes. The "V" was refined into a standalone mark — a precise angle that echoes the rim of a ceramic bowl seen from above.

VOLKA
VOLKA

A restrained palette with a single warm break.

The palette is near-monochromatic — deep charcoal, off-white, and warm stone — with a single accent: a dusty terracotta used sparingly to anchor warmth without decorating it to death.

Two voices, one system.

Headlines use a geometric serif — authoritative and architectural. Body copy uses a low-contrast grotesque for readability and modernity. The pairing creates a tension between precision and approachability that mirrors the brand positioning.

Every object in the Volka collection is made by hand in our Copenhagen studio. We believe a well-made thing should outlast the trend that inspired it. Our process is slow, deliberate, and deeply considered.

Packaging & collateral.

The brand system was applied across shipping boxes, tissue paper, care cards, and price labels. Every touchpoint uses the same restrained vocabulary — nothing is decorative unless it's functional.

The rebrand launched alongside Volka's first major stockist partnership. Within three months of launch, the studio reported a marked increase in wholesale inquiries and press coverage — attributing both to a more coherent and confident brand presence.

Surface &
repetition.

Pattern design lives at the intersection of logic and aesthetics — a single motif, multiplied into a system. These are explorations in tile, texture, geometry, and ornament. Some are digital, some start on paper.

Hexagonal Grid System
